SESSIONS
Once you have successfully completed your CCI-USA Fundamentals class you can set up paired sessions with other CCI co-counselors in the US or around the world.
In a co-counseling session two (or more) people take turns being the counselor and the client.
You split time with another trained co-counselor.
For half the time, you are the client (or talker), choosing what to explore or process.
The other person is the counselor (or listener), witnessing you with deep attention.
Then the two of you switch roles—it’s a peer process.
What you talk about or do as client is strictly confidential—not even your session partner can bring it up to you outside the session.

TYPES OF SESSIONS
In addition to paired work, you can also co-counsel in small groups, either in-person or online. Usually peer-led…with group attention OR the group does some sharing rounds, breaks into pairs, and returns for a closing with the whole group. Some group sessions are drop-in and in that case attendees decide on the structure.
