This weekly gathering is to learn basic skills on how to deal with stress. Pairing up with another for specific timed session. Here your partner will just listen. Holding space for you, not giving or sharing advice of any kind.
First you will learn a powerful tool called “Aware Caring Attention and Listening skills”
The beginning of the hour there will be a quick round of who’s there. Sharing your name and learning the tools you’ll need to practice.
